Customer: “We are trying to sell our house and the buyers’ inspection report turned up a few items that need to be repaired, can Atlanta Property Matters help us with that?”
APM: “Yes, we can! You can schedule a handyman to come to take a look, or you can email the punchlist to us, and we’ll email you an estimate. When do you need the work done?”
Customer: “We need it within the next few days. We are closing in a week. And we also need documentation showing what was repaired.”
APM: “We will fit you in. And we’ll send you a detailed report of exactly what was repaired.”
Customer: “What happens if they re-inspect the repairs and the inspector doesn’t like the repair?”
APM: “We will be right out to correct any issues with the repair. It’s very important to us that we are not the cause of any delays.”
Customer: “Great, let’s get on your schedule!”
